Delete your MyStylr account.
You can permanently delete your account and associated MyStylr data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open MyStylr and sign in.
- Open the menu, then select Profile.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm by selecting Delete permanently.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@mystylr.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Delete selected data without deleting your account
You can remove individual wardrobe items, photographs, saved outfits and planner entries from their respective sections in the app. For another specific privacy request, email privacy@mystylr.com from the address on your account and describe the data you want removed.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your account, wardrobe photographs and item details, style profile, conversations, recommendations, saved outfits, planner entries, feedback, wear history, upload records and active sessions from MyStylr's active systems. The action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Limited records
MyStylr does not keep a separate retention period for the user-scoped data listed above after account deletion. Limited security, fraud-prevention, transaction or legal records may be retained only where required by law or necessary to protect the service. Service provider backups and operational logs expire under their applicable retention schedules.
