Terms of use.
Effective September 4, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of MyStylr.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of photographs, wardrobe details and other content you submit. You grant MyStylr a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service for you. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you provide.
Recommendations
Outfit suggestions and AI-generated styling responses are informational guidance, not a guarantee of fit, suitability, safety or outcome. Consider weather, activity, dress codes, cultural context, garment-care instructions and your own judgement before following a recommendation.
Acceptable use
Do not use MyStylr unlawfully; upload content that infringes another person's rights; attempt to access another account; probe, disrupt or bypass service security; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited; or use the service to distribute malicious, deceptive or harmful material. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
Availability
Features, models and integrations may change as MyStylr evolves. We aim to operate the service reliably and preserve user data, but temporary interruptions, errors or changes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms, unlawful activity, security risk or discontinued service. Sections that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers and limitations—survive termination.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyStylr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material updates will be identified by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
